New Frontiers

Monday 11/26/12

I am really beginning to get into this book I am reading Hell Bent.  Now I am seriously going to make time to go take a Bikram class this week.  I gotta see what all the hype is about.  I have read his books and done other types of hot yoga but never a real Bikram class.  Now, I am doing it.  I am going to enter a new frontier this weekend.  Maybe, just maybe it will help me stay aligned for marathon training.  So, I will rearrange my running schedule this weekend and do my run on Saturday so that I can participate in Bikram Yoga on Sunday before the soup and pie party.  Priorities you know. 

Today was a cross training day and i felt pretty good this morning during my workout but I was really unable to participate fully in the yoga class tonight. For whatever reason, none of it felt really good to me tonight.  Especially my upper body.  this is an interesting development since I run with my legs not my arms.
